Deposit & Refund Policy

Payment must be made in full two weeks prior to the intensive. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable. The other 50% of your payment is refundable up until 14 days before the date of intensive. Refunds requested less than 14 days prior to the intensive will not be granted.

If we are unable to fill the intensive, it will be rescheduled and you will receive a full refund and an opportunity to attend on the rescheduled date. For this reason, we highly recommend you purchase fully refundable plane and hotel reservations.
