Join betrayal trauma specialists Shelly Aldrich (LMFT, CSAT) and Sarah Manfredi (LMFT, CSAT, CCPS) for a weekend of connection, empowerment, and healing. Your weekend includes a variety of therapeutic activities aimed at empowering you with recovery tools and emotional healing (group, mindfulness exercises, art therapy, yoga for trauma-healing).

Location: In-Person at Bridges Counseling in Granite Bay, CA
Cost is $3,000 per person (a 50% deposit is required to reserve your space). Lunch, snacks, and beverages provided. Lodging is not included. Payment plans available. See Deposit & Refund Policy.

The Process
All interested individuals must fill out an application. This application will be reviewed by Shelly and Sarah's team to determine if you would benefit from the intensive.
When your application is approved, we'll send you an acceptance email, an in-depth betrayal trauma assessment, and other materials to complete before the intensive. This will help you get the most out of your time with us and allow us to personalize your experience based on your unique needs.
Based on your application and the betrayal trauma assessment, your experience with us will be structured to include (but not be limited to) the following:
- Betrayal Trauma Counseling
- Education
- Yoga
- Mindfulness Training
- The focus and development of healthy habits

Meet Shelly and Sarah:

Shelly Aldrich, LMFT, CSAT
I have over 18 years of experience providing clinical counseling services and treatment of a wide-range of clinical issues. I specialize in treating Sex Addictions and in working with partners experiencing Betrayal Trauma. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher and provide yoga therapy groups and private sessions for trauma, addiction, anxiety and a variety of mental health issues. I graduated from BYU-Hawaii with a degree in and received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the California Professional School of Psychology. I’m a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

Sarah Manfredi, LMFT, CSAT, CCPS
As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I am dedicated to supporting every one of my clients in their unique healing journey. My gentle yet direct relational approach promotes a safe space to explore barriers and challenges that may be getting in the way of finding joy in your life. I believe it is vital for therapy to be a collaborative process and I encourage feedback from my clients throughout the process to ensure that we’re making progress at a manageable pace. I primarily utilize brainspotting, a powerful treatment modality for resolving the impact of trauma. I also draw from the work of Dr. Sue Johnson in EFT, The Gottman Method and others as appropriate. I have specialized training in the treatment of sex addiction and partner betrayal trauma, couples therapy and I’m a culturally competent provider for First Responders and their families.
